Arrangements:
Registration and collection of pre-registration receipts will take place at the Ben Nevis woolshed, Upper Nevis Valley from 7.30am.
NOTE: If you are staying in Cromwell overnight, please allow at least 45 minutes to
travel to the Nevis.
Trip only suitable for 4WD vehicles.
Official programme and speakers commence at 9.30am sharp at the Ben Nevis
woolshed.
NOTE: This is a good time to have your cuppa and morning tea.
Please bring your own:
Drinks and morning tea to the woolshed
Lunch
Chair
Sunhat and sun block
NOTE: There will be extra hot water available at the lunch stop.
Entertainment:
At the conclusion of the day, there will be a BBQ and entertainment at:

Discounted rate for Federated Farmers members: $20 per person.
Discounted fee for non-Federated Farmers members: $25 per person
Registrations on the day: $30 per person.
NOTE: Only cash and cheque will be accepted on the day.

Accommodation:
People wishing to stay at the Golden Gate Lodge in Cromwell on the evening of Tuesday, 9 March, will need to complete the accommodation booking form and send it direct to the Golden Gate Lodge.
Accommodation is also available at the Kingston Motel and Camping Ground, on
Wednesday, 10 March. Please book directly with the Kingston Motel, on 03 248 8501.
