Rural Trader Polo Lesson Terms and Conditions
By entering into the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these conditions.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and can only enter the competition once.
The major prizewinner will be drawn from one prize pool on 31/01/2009. The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the winner and will receive a polo lesson for one person at New Zealand Polo Holidays, Nqaruawahia, New Zealand.
Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed by the Promoter. Entrants take part in the polo lesson at their own risk.
New Zealand Polo Holidays will offer a suitable horse, along with all riding apparel, if needed. Accommodation and transport to and from the lesson are not included.
Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the winners by telephone and in writing at the email address provided in the registration form. The winner name, and the region they live in, but not their full address will also be published on www.ruraltrader.co.nz once the winner has been notified.
In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of similar value.
Officers and employees of Rural Trader Ltd and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

The ‘Win a Trip to Australia International Dairy Week’ competition is being run by Rakaia Engineering & Contracting Ltd trading as ‘Keenan New Zealand’ (the ‘Promoter’) in conjunction with Ruraltrader.co.nz Ltd.
Closing date for entries will be 18/12/2009. The major prizewinner will be drawn from one prize pool on 22/12/2009. The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the winner and will win a trip to the Australia International Dairy Week in Shepparton, Victoria.

The major prize must be taken in accordance with the dates and destinations and number of passengers as stated by the Promoters and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed by the Promoter.
The winner must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ further duration and no visa restrictions on their ability to travel to the relevant destination (or Competition entry will be invalid).
The prize in the ‘Win a Trip to Australia International Dairy Week’ is as follows;
a. One return economy class ticket from Auckland or Christchurch Airport to Melbourne Airport (all taxes (excluding fuel surcharges) are included). Flight departs New Zealand on Monday, 18th January 2010 and returns on Friday, 22nd January 2010.
b. Transfers to and from Melbourne Airport
c. On farm visits to Keenan customers within Gippsland area with Keenan nutritionist Tracy McGowan.
d. Two days at the International Dairy Week
e. Four nights accommodation

Should the winner not claim their prize before 27/12/2009 it will be redrawn on 28/12/2009, and a new winner will be selected. The draw will take place at the office of Rakaia Engineering & Contracting Ltd.
